We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Your 14-Day Legal Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost (where applicable), in accordance with UK law.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened

  • Gift cards

Sale items may be returned unless explicitly stated otherwise, and your statutory rights are not affected.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
